We are not responsible for shipping delays. All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, or events outside our control. Once we hand the products to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

Lunar Lens is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, all sales and purchases that you make in our store are directly with Lunar Lens. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and Lunar Lens, including any injury, damage, or loss arising from purchased products and services. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or relating to your purchases and transactions with Lunar Lens.

We will notify you of any claim subject to indemnification, provided that a delay in notification will not relieve you of your obligations unless it materially prejudices you.
